PROJECT SUMMIT NETWORKING GUIDELINES

Welcome to our weekly networking sessions! To ensure these meetings are valuable and productive for everyone, we've set up a few simple guidelines:

  • Weekly Meetings

    Every Monday from 1:00 - 2:00

  • Attendance Policy

    We understand that life can get busy, but our attendance policy allows for no more than one absences per quarter to maintain your active membership status.


    If you cannot attend, we encourage you to send a representative in your place to prevent an absence from being counted against your quarterly limit.

  • Fill Your Spot

    If you're unable to attend, please arrange for a someone to take your place. This ensures the energy and value of the meetings remain high for everyone.

  • Guest Registration

    Planning to bring a guest? Fantastic! Please complete our Guest Registration Form to register your guest in advance.

  • Punctuality

    Arriving on time shows respect for everyone’s schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please wait to announce your business until the next meeting. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we kindly ask that you attend the following week instead.

  • Referral Rewards

    Your referrals help strengthen our community! For every 11 referrals you bring in, enjoy a complimentary membership for the following year.

  • Weekly Meeting Points

    Please complete your weekly meeting points form before each summit. This helps us track data for awards, performance, and ROI.
