PROJECT SUMMIT NETWORKING GUIDELINES

Welcome to our weekly networking sessions! To ensure these meetings are valuable and productive for everyone, we've set up a few simple guidelines:

Weekly Meetings

Join us every Tuesday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. It's an excellent opportunity to connect and grow.
Attendance Policy

We understand life gets busy, but try to limit absences to no more than three per quarter to maintain active membership status.
Fill Your Spot

If you can't make it, please arrange for a colleague to attend in your place. This helps keep the energy and value of the meetings high for everyone.
Guest Registration

Want to bring a guest? Fantastic! Please use our Guest Registration Form to register your guest ahead of time.
Punctuality

Arriving on time shows respect for everyone schedule. If you're more than 10 minutes late, please hold off on announcing your business until the next meeting.
Referral Rewards

Your referrals strengthen our community! For every 11 referrals you bring in, enjoy a complimentary membership for the following year.

Earning Points

Members can earn points throughout the year by participating in various activities, such as attending meetings, bringing in referrals, and contributing to the group in meaningful ways.

The member who accumulates the most points by the end of the year will receive a special reward in recognition of their outstanding contribution to our community. This could range from exclusive opportunities and significant discounts on next year's membership to other valuable perks.
